Q. How can I check the status of my order online?

A. After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered from us and any details of any delivery service. You can also contact our customer service centre.


If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status logging in your account with your user ID (e-mail address) and password, and then clicking on the "My Orders" button.


Q. Do you accept orders online for international delivery?

A. No. Orders can't be placed from international destinations.


Q. Can I pay my bill online? How?

A. You can pay your clubsp.in bill online conveniently and securely. clubsp.in accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your account will be charged once your order has been shipped. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.


Q. How many days will it take for my purchased merchandise to be shipped?

A. Your order will be shipped from our regional distribution center within approx. 7 to 9 working days. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.
