Club SP endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
In case of any manufacturing defect in the products, the return policy is as under:
- Customer shall have to inform the Customer Care within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product for return.
- All the tags and barcodes affixed to the products must be intact, the product must be in unused condition and the sales invoice must be sent along with the products for return by customer for any manufacturing defects in them, failing which the Brand shall not be liable to process any return.
- We do not offer reverse pick up facility. Defective product needs to be send back to brand. Before returning the product customer is requested to call customer care @0124-4181169 or can email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Customer shall be informed of the quality result within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product from the Customer.
- In case the quality result determines that there is no material manufacturing defect in the product, then the product shall be returned back to the customer.
- In case the quality result determines that there is material manufacturing defect in the product, then the Customer shall be issued a credit note within 3 working days with one month validity from the date of issue or refund will be initiated. There will be no refund in cash for the product being returned.
- Credit note if lost shall not be re-issued.
- The Brand has no other liability in respect of products other than herein above listed.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
Orders will be shipped within 2-7 working days from the date or order.
We will not accept order change or cancellation requests once we receive confirmed order.
All credit card and net banking transactions will be repaid using the same route which means if you have made your transaction using net banking facility , the net value of your order will be refunded back into your bank account. This will take 7-10 working days from the time the returns are received and approved by the warehouse.
